This hotel was decent base for exploring Chicago, really loved it. There is restaurant Midland Social club at the premises. Furthermore, Wi Fi - was a nice touch.
That closet was missing.
-
Not the cheapest one but great value for money. Climate control, an individual safe and a writing table available in the guest room. Take a look at Chicago Loop district, it's worth it. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant MSC Bar, no need to go somewhere else.
-
cosy king room was the best. so close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. the food we had was deliciuos, plus there was ara on near the hotel.
-
The hotel in general was fantastic. Hotel staff were always available to deal with any query and were more than helpful. The splendid room was spacious and comfortable with contemporary decor. The hotel lobby area was relaxing and always an interesting place to sit and people watch. The was a boutique feeling to the lobby area, which was always full of life in the evenings.

The downstairs lounge is funky. Good hotel if you need this location.
The surrounding area at times can be noisy (construction/garbage trucks, etc) that kept me up. I've stayed at this property a number of times for work and some of the rooms can be really small, so be mindful to ask for a fuller size room if available.

They made me feel like a super star.. Even if I was a girl from a small town!
-
The wonderful room is like a model apartment. The concierge is friendly and helpful.
The concierge space is crowded. Not many people are on the counter.
-
Satisfied with good concierge service and overall staff. Appreciated the daring designs (room and lobby), although the printed flowers in the corridor were a bit tacky.
Was disappointed by lack of free internet service in the business room.
-
The drop-off service by the accura cars.
Would have preferred hot water boiler and free wifi in the room.

Location
The room is very small, not worth the money but the hotel was very nice!
-
The place of the hotel war in a safety area andcentral
The is no wlan in the hotelrooms, only in Lobby and there is no official computer you can use, only a business center where you have to pay for Web
-
I was charged $54 for parking by mistake.
-
Location near Lyric Opera, near expressway
Cold Room temp and lobby all cold. In Nov ac still on. and staff could not change or deal with it. They did try to deal with what they could, E.G. brought hot tea, sent maintenance to reset thermostat, (no affect), and adjusted price, but the glo was off the stay by that point.

Great room service food
Tiny room. Ridiculously small bath room cheap looking decor no view

As always, as a w, great design.
Lobby entrance to dark and congested to easily get to reception when arriving.
